Frederick Weaver

The True Human doctor working for The Triumvirate , specifically XCGen . His goal is to revive the CIBRG Program by experimenting on street kids (mostly savants).
Initially, Weaver worked on agricultural genetics and farmland purification, but turned his pursuits toward human genetics when he discovered the abandoned CIBRG Project. Since he had a bacground in synthetic biology, Dr. Weaver began exploring biorobotics with experimentation that operated on the fringe of ethical boundaries.

Frederick Weaver is a man who exudes intelligence and authority. He is in his mid-50s with a well-groomed appearance, salt and pepper hair that has been neatly styled. His handsome face features a square jaw and Germanic features, giving him a distinctive appearance that commands attention.
However, beneath the veneer, there is a sense of malevolence that emanates from his wicked eyes and sneer. He has an intelligent expression that suggests he is always thinking, calculating, and plotting his next move.
There is a dark aura about Weaver, as if he has stepped out of a science-fiction novel. His crazed eyes hint at man who is not afraid to push boundaries and experiment with the unknown. This air of fearlessness and unpredictability makes him all the more dangerous and intimidating.
