Waterfront

Just across from the Science District is the Waterfront, one of the oldest neighborhoods but kept in great shape. A long park stretches along the Gardener River, even a small beach and river walk pier, the River Market is one of the largest public farmer’s markets in the country with plenty of fresh food it’s quite popular with the organic crowd. Up and coming residential is popular here, and pricey. Arts and theater make a home here, especially street art and pop up galleries. A special location called the Artechhouse with VR art and large digital and laser projects also makes its home here. The original/home location for the coffee chain CC Jitters and the CCPD precinct and the Science Police headed by Barry is headquartered. Though they have a division in every precinct.
