While she isn't a god, she is often referred to as the patron deity of artificers, potion brewers, and magical tattooists.
Artifacts
Too many to count, Shénqì makes makes more artifacts than the rest of the divine beings combined. That is, after all, kind of her shtick.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Shénqì is a tiny, frail-looking woman. While she can barely lift more than 50 lbs, she is supernaturally swift and slippery.
Body Features
Shénqì, while significantly smaller than the average person, still has a womanly figure. Her skin is inhumanly smooth and unblemished, and her body moves with a certain fluidity not found in mortals.
Facial Features
While Shénqì is clearly an adult, her facial features are smooth and white like a doll's, and soft and gentle as a child's. She has high cheekbones and a pointed chin. Her eyes are framed by large, black eyelashes and painted with red eyeshadow. Her eyes, while generally purple, swirl and glow in transfixing, galaxy-like formations. She has full, red lips that form into the most charming and devious of smiles.
Apparel & Accessories
These days, Shénqì prefers to wear kimono's and robes in the Asian style, often in greens and blues. Her feet generally remain bare, and the nails on her hands and feet are painted red.
Specialized Equipment
The long, thin, Japanese-style smoking pipe she always carries with her has the ability to stamp runes onto anything using the bottom of the bowl, and Shénqì smokes magical tobacco from it, the smoke of which changes color depending on the type of magic she channels into it. The pipe can also change shape into a chopstick that she uses to hold up her hair or a walking cane she waves around for, like, fun, I guess. The rune stamp is in place on the head of the cane and the point of the chopstick as well.

Personal history
Shénqì is as old as time itself, surpassed in age by none other than Phineas Gage. She has spent most of her life bouncing from dimension to dimension toying with mortals and generally having a good time. Unlike Phineas, who can't cross dimensions and has a different version of himself in every one of them, there is only one Shénqì, and she is able to traverse the dimensions as she pleases. As a general rule, Shénqì is a neutral entity, only choosing sides when it benefits her in one form or another. Or for fun. She truly is a wild card. She has no qualms about using souls to fuel her magic, which she generally channels into crafting powerful artifacts.

Shénqì is particularly familiar with Phineas, at some times even in the romantic sense. She also knows the other primordials and the gods quite well.
Social Aptitude
Shénqì is charismatic and friendly, even with those she isn't on good terms with. She talks sweetly, sometimes even to the point of being condescending, but her demeanor is always that of familiarity and goodwill. She tends to be well-liked even if not particularly trusted.

She tends to wave her pipe around a lot while talking and claps her hands together when she's delighted or has made a decision.
