Created by Neko , Robo Neko acts as Neko's surrogate in Glendale while she (Neko) remains at Bandoni Industries as the Minister of Infrastructure and Development for Glendale. While the royal family of Avalon is the official head of state, it is Bandoni Industries wields true power.
Lured by the promise to bring her long lost friend back to life, Neko has been helping the Bandoni Industries with their effort to recreate Glendale. Her intentions with Glendale are well meaning and when Madison Quinlan and other board members start to become more extremist in their beliefs, it is Neko who takes action to help Jenelle Fuentez and Ricardo Sá Cully sneak into the Bandoni Research Facility. 
Aiding the group ends up causing Neko  to be arrested and sent to Halvard Penitentiary. Robo-Neko was slotted for demolition until Layla Sá intervened.

• Initially Robo Neko is easily confused and more of a hinderance than help. She questions everything and very similar in personality to that of a 4 year old child. She is chipper, whimsical, and asks “why” at nearly every opportunity.
