• Estella is the archetypal mad scientist who does not care about the well-being of others when she puts her hypotheses and theories to the test. 
• She is arrogant and condescending, referring to test subjects by the numbers assigned to them. She does not bother to learn their names unless, like Layla Sá and Jenelle Fuentez, they prove exceptional. 
• While Jenelle Fuentez does not remember, she was born in Manila, Philippines, and brought to Glendale as a toddler. Estella did numerous experiments on her, tormenting her with horrific nightmares, before finally releasing her to one of his cleaning staff Esperanza Aquino 
• Estella performs many horrific experiments on unwilling human subjects with no regard for their welfare.
• She is secretive and conniving, withholding critical details even from Bandoni Industry's board of directors. 
• When Jenelle Fuentez rescues Ricardo Sá Cully from one of Bandoni Industry's facilities, Estella follows her to the St. Augustine Monastery and finds Jenelle's secret mirror. 
• Estella takes Jenelle Fuentez's mirror. This allows Estella to meet a Jorōgumo who wants to cross over to the human realm. Eager to gain more power, Estella happily offers her body to the Jorōgumo.
• Sharing her body with the Jorōgumo gives Estella added strength. The Jorōgumo also informs Estella about Jenelle Fuentez. Thus prompting Estella to conduct a nationwide search for Jenelle.
• The portal to the nightmare realm allows Estella the power to offer more "vessels" to nightmare demons. Once possessed, Estella conducts experiments on her test subjects to determine if/how it is possible to increase their demonic powers. These monsters eventually reign terror upon Avalon, threatening it's very existence. 
• When her actions put the city of Avalon at risk, Estella considers it just another price to pay in pursuit of science. 
• Estella has no regrets over her actions and cares about nothing other than seeing her greatest experiment be completed.
