Summary
Members of the Church of Dragons believe that earthquakes and volcanos are caused by dragons moving in their sleep deep inside the earth. They think one day they will wake up and come to the surface to make them their favorite servants and cover them in gold.
Historical Basis
This belief is reinforced by the presence of dragon remains and wyverns in some regions where earthquakes and volcanos are common. These skeletons are also often spotted in the Jerish Desert.
Variations & Mutation
Some people think the Jerish Desert is the dragons' homeland and is so hot because of the dragons' residual energy.
