Dwemmerhiem
To the South, at the tail end of the western coastal range lies the Widermount. In a joint effort to foster unity between the Gråbløff Empire and the Bristol Arldom, a territory was staked out in conjunction with the dwarves of Swartelhiem. In 452 GA all three entities arrived at what is now known as Trichthaven. The dwarves built two mansions on the Southern sides of the Widermount, which proved to be rich with iron, sulfer, and gems.
History
While the dwarves maintained their own sovereignty in Dwemmerhiem, the settlers from Gråbløff and Bristol joined together to form their own colony. Eventually they revolted in 903 GA acquiring their own nation, now known as Bulvirk. Dwemmerhiem remained neutral in this conflict, though they were more than happy to trade with the rebels. In 39 DA they joined forces with Bulvirk against the malevolent force now known as the Darkness. Soon after the Chapel of light proved itself effective against the evil, many in the Dwemmerhiem mansions converted to the new faith, an act that was quite devisive at the time. Nonetheless, when the final blow was struck, among the brave paladins that were counted saints, were several dwarves.
