The Piscine Reverend is a member of the Council of Kalana, and one of the leaders of the Cult of Shassi. He is an elderly Triton, and most denizens of Kalana either love him or hate him.

His face shows signs of weathering and aging.
Special abilities
The Reverend is the only council member with notable magical ability. He is, in fact, a wizard of the school of evocation.
Apparel & Accessories
He normally wears simple grey robes. When he is preaching or at meetings, he wears white robes emblazoned with Shassi's symbol in blue.

Employment
He entered the priesthood of Pelthagin at a very young age, but after a few decades, Shassi began speaking to him in his dreams. He then transitioned to being a priest of Shassi, moving to Kalana in the process. Eventually, he became a leader of the cult and a member of the Council.
Accomplishments & Achievements
He became a leader of the cult of Shassi and a member of the Council of Kalana. He attained membership of the council by spreading rumors among his congregation about the Vitrified Queen - rumors so bad that she was driven out by a mob.
