Säartan

The language of the Elephantfolk, or Säartan of the Yama Kor Province of the Xa'a Empire, Säartan is a elegant, slow and soft-spoken language. Often takes two or three times as long to say something in Säartan compared to other languages, it is not often heard outside of Yama Kor. The Xa'a Empire has taken great steps to eliminate the cultural legacy of the Säartan, and part of that has been eliminating the use of this language and mandating the use of Xa'a.
