Hustling: Hustling involves moving at double your normal movement. You can hustle for one hour without penalty. After the second hour you will be fatigued, and each set of two hours thereafter comes with a level of exhaustion. If you hustle for a full day of marching (8 hours) you will gain in total three levels of exhaustion. Running and walking in cycles averages out to hustling. Difficult terrain does impact the speed of overland movement as normal.
Running: Running involves moving at triple your normal movement. You can run for one minute without penalty. After the first minute you will be fatigued, gaining a level of exhaustion at 20 minutes of running. Each set of 20 minutes thereafter comes with another level of exhaustion. You cannot run for a full day of marching (8 hours). Difficult terrain does impact the speed of overland movement as normal.
