Outer Realms

What is commonly referred to as the "Outer Realms" is formed by the planes of existence surrounding the Inner Realms, conjoined together by the Nether Abyss. Separated from the Inner Realms by the The Divine Barrier and Celestine's Law, it is now impossible to travel from the Outer Realms into the Inner.
