Large Weapons

Powerful Build: A creature with the Powerful Build trait can use Large weapons without needing an additional feat or ability.

Attacking: You can normally wield Large weapons a -5 modifier on the Attack Roll.
Damage Changes: When transitioning a weapon from Medium to Large add a +2 modifier to the base damage. Ask your DM to add this item to D&D Beyond. If the base damage is 1d12 or 2d6, change the damage to 3d6.

Small Weapons

Damage Changes: When transitioning a weapon from Medium to Small add a -2 modifier to the base damage. Ask your DM to add this item to D&D Beyond. A Small, Medium or Large creature can wield any Small weapons with no negative modifiers or disadvantage.
