Cloud Nine

Cloud Nine is an ancient floating city currently occupied by the sirin. It was built thousands of years ago by unknown parties. Its name is known from partial translations of transcribed glyphs upon its walls, originally written in Hymmnos. It is theorized that either it was the ninth such city built, or that eight other iterations of the city existed before it.
