Bubbleloon

Bubbleloons are an exceedingly dangerous plant, yet incredible important because of their properties. Bubbleloons are a predatory plant that floats through Aerava's skies. They are transparent, and spherical in shape with a jelly-like appearance. Bubbleloons actually operate very similarly to slimes, theorized to be related, but adapted to different environments. However, Bubbleloons lack both the movement and even extremely basic thinking skills of a slime, instead adapting to a much more sedentary life. Bubbleloons float through the skies of Aerava, innately consuming plant matter, Swoop, and any creatures foolish enough to come close. Bubbleloons also have tendrils which extend 3 to 6 times the length of the Bubbleloon. These tendrils will grab anything they come into contact with, making interaction with Bubbleloons very simple - if you're smaller, you die.

Bubbleloon exteriors are used in sails, parachutes and a variety of other Sky Driver technologies.
