Albion
The Sigmarian Alliance of Albion Nobles or Albion for short (denoted in purple on the provided image) may at first glance appear to be an alliance of Duchies, but truthfully it is the foundation for one of the largest Human Empires. Ruled by their Tsar, Albion has lasted since the Days of the 6th Age and days of Heroes. Its first Tsar was E'var-o Romanoff, a man credited with being the first Blood Hunter.
Albion was a loose confederation of Duchies with the Tsar as its leader, but following the Inquisition years most of the Ducal families still loyal to the Romanoff family agree that power needs to be centralized and redefined as a loos federation, with the tsar having final say. However in the years 1400 PC politicians have pushed for a change to a full and true Constitutional Federation. Where in All people of Albion have a say in the running of the Empire, were the Tsar ratifies a parliament to run the day to day and the they oversee the grittier elements. This new Parliamentary movement has both advocates for and against close to the Tsar of the time.

Structure
Albion started as an alliance between several Lords dating back to the time of the Star Wars. Through a mix political mirages and military campaigns the Romanoff family eventually brought all the lords under their sway forming the original alliance. However following the fall of their Capital Roma the alliance was in tatters. But once more after Roma was retaken by the Romanoffs the alliance has pieced itself back together under the current tsar.
"Modern" Albion is rather simple as of now, there are a total of 20 noble household that make up the alliance. Nineteen of these houses hold the title of Gretsog, or Duke, with the twentieth being the royal Romanoff line holding the title of Tsar. Each house lords over a Dutchy that contains the Capital City of the region. The Gretsog's then seed territory to lower noble families, often younger siblings, younger children or those children not in direct line for succession, who are given the title Count and given a section of the Dutchy to rule as their County. A single County may consist of one or two towns or small cities as well as a few villages and hamlets. These Counties are further divided into Baronies and a Baron is given control of the land. A single Barony may consist of a village and a few scattered hamlets or farming communities. Beyond this point hamlets are often on their own for governance. A Baron may assign a minor lord called a Burgomaster to act as a representative if the location is important to the financial health of the area. If the area is considered strategically advantageous and the building of a military fort would be to expensive or the area is known to or believed to be harboring bandits or other enemies of the state, a sheriff will be assigned from among The Albion Military- The Stormcast and be assigned to govern the hamlet. If the hamlet is considered both a joint council may be formed between the the Sheriff and the Burgomaster. But more often the case hamlets are left to govern themselves and allowed to form their own "ruling" body. Often in the form of a Council of Elders and/or community representative that everyone agrees best represents the town.
There are three other forms of nobles that also make up the organizational structure of the Albion and those are the Markiz, Markgraf, and the Earl.

Currency
The Albion Ruble (ap) and Farthing (af)- a mixture of paper and coin currency backed by the standard of gold found in the base rule set for the system
- Rubles are used in place of gold pieces(gp) with a standard and are paper currency notes stamped with the Albion Royal seal and released in denominations of 1 and 5.
- The rubles standard conversion rate is based on a 1-2 ratio of gold, or 1ap=2gp.
- this is also why ap's highest denomination is 5, as this would be the same as 10gp
- Farthings are used in place of silver and copper pieces (sp and cp) and are a coin of Electrum and other nonprecius metals stamped with the Albion Royal seal on one side and the number 1, 5, 10, and 25 on the other.
- The farthings standard conversion rate is based on a 1-2 ratio of copper, or 1af=2cp
- Thus why af are minted in the increments they are, 1af=2cp, 5af=1sp, 10af=2sp, 25af=2sp 5cp

Frenemies
Magi and Albion have had a love hate relationship going back to the time of E’var-o and next to nothing, say the end of the world, will change that. They can sit down and trade with one another but their feeling on the regulation of magic keep any true or lasting alliance from forming.
