The Warden

The God of Cosmic Order

The Sovereign of Cosmic Order is an obscure entity. They are nameless, formless, and have next to no worshipers in the Material Plane. They also do not need them. This entity exists to keep the cosmos in working order and has very little to do with the machinations of individual lives in just one of the many planes it manages. Early in history this entity had a champion- one of the most powerful and righteous of the primordial Prismatic Dragons- Danha. Danha stood for much of what this entity wanted to see the early world of mortals become. They rose him into divinity and called him their Exarch, or divine servant. They sent this pseudo-deity into the world to do their bidding while they concentrated on the bigger picture. Over time people came to know this "Danha" god as the deity of Order. The Warden watched this happen but never made any kind of move to correct them and instructed Danha not to. This would be Danha's new job- to act as the face of the deity of Order and Balance. There is only one group of people who have ever reached beyond Danha to establish contact with the actual Warden- The Loxodon. The only known Cleric of The Warden is one of theirs- he who sought the real power behind the façade that was Danha and caught his attention.
