Grand Counsul of the Realm
The Grand Counsul of the Realm is elected once every two years, for an unlimited number of terms, and is the supreme authority in the Republic of Menestia.
Qualifications
The Counsul must have had experience as a Senator. Though having been a co-counsul isn't required, it is expected that a person who presents its candidacy as a Counsul has a some experience with governing roles.
Requirements
Being part of either a noble house or the military (in high ranks).
Appointment
Elected by the Senators, election which is then followed by some form of a 'coronation ceremony'.
Duties
Creating laws, managing the nation, keeping authorities in check.
