Urza Octavian
High Lord/Master Artificer Urza Octavian (a.k.a. Urza the Mad, Urza the Protégée, Urza the Deranged, Urza the Monster, Urza the Savior)
High Lord Urza, as he prefers to be called, is a magically enhanced human, a powerful mage, a brilliant artificer, and ruler of Dominair. He has significant sway over large portions of the Northlands where he is both revered and reviled by most of it's population. Urza is regarded as the second most powerful force in the Northlands, a fact he bares with chagrin, but one which he does not accept as he constantly engages in battle with Doresh Sol and makes use of his wealth, his power, and more often the White Orchid Order to assert control and bring relief to the wider population.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Urza is a man who has lived beyond the age that he should have and while his magic has kept him alive and retained a certain look, it is clear that time has taken it's toll. Old pictures of Urza show a tall, strapping man of alabaster skin and oval face adorned with well-trimmed goatee and parted golden locks and light blue hooded eyes adorned with decadent armor and robes that you'd only see in the royal courts of Central...the Urza nowadays has withered slightly in physique requiring a staff to walk without the assistance of aids, his alabaster skin more of a sickly pale, his hair thinned and turned white, and the beginning of wrinkles and crow's feet creeping their way onto his face. Sure for a 320 year old human man he looks amazing but when the ought comparison is a pile of dust and bones it's not hard to look good for your age.
Apparel & Accessories
Urza is more likely to use his constructs to conduct meetings rather than going in person which usually bare little to no clothing at all on them and are unremarkable in physical features save that they portray his face on them.
Urza himself though is bedecked in fine noblemen's clothes typically in shades of black, blue and purple, his fingers adorned with many rings, a golden amulet adorned around his neck, and a staff of mithril whose tip bears the shape of an eagle's head with a red jewel between it's beak.

The party knows little about Urza save for who he is currently, who he's associated with in the past, and that he has unsuccessfully waged war on Doresh Sol twice and successfully waged war on the elves of the Ever Green Glade.
Sexuality
Urza is not known to be picky with whom or sometimes what he "copulates" with as long as he judges them to be the best specimen that their species has to offer. It is not a well-kept secret that he believes in some form of eugenics and that by having his offspring be the progeny of himself and the best of what other species have to offer he can tailor make his children to be the most capable individuals.
Education
High Lord Urza underneath his obsessions and possible madness is a brilliant man. While little is known about where he received his education, Urza himself is a widely published scholar on constructs and in artificer related fields, a founder and a teacher at several colleges in Dominair, and many of his inventions and creations have made it to use within the public.

Intellectual Characteristics
Urza is calculating above all else and while the depth and goal of what it is he is planning are alien to all but a select few it is unquestionable that Urza is highly intelligent if not at times shortsighted due to his emotional and mental biases.
Morality & Philosophy
While Urza speaks of unification, solidarity, and order as if those are the morals and philosophies he holds dearest and champions Urza's actions have shown that he does not want to dedicate himself to one sense of morality or philosophy that constrains or restricts growth. The result of this is that Urza comes off as amoral, volte-faced, and uncaring of what process is used as long as the end results are to his satisfaction.
Taboos
Urza when not forced to entertain it will broke no insult towards himself and it is the quickest way to at a bare minimum losing an audience with him.

Urza seems to be motivated on the idea of progressing humanity to the next logical step though what that exactly means is questionable and he has never elaborated fully on the details but on what the end result of this idea is.
