High Lord/Master Doresh Sol (a.k.a. Tyrant of Kher, King of Kher, Devourer of Stars, Eater of the Sun, Sky Devourer)
Doresh Sol is an ancient red dragon and ruler of the Kher Mountain ranges which is a grip he has maintained without significant challenge. He is regarded by many as the most powerful being in the Northlands and it is not a title one gets to hold lightly. While many have become history, Doresh Sol makes it, and seems to take some amount of delight in how he has curled the history of the land to significantly involve his presence.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Doresh Sol is a dragon at it's apex. Large beyond compare and sharp in features in true form and when in "human" form preferring a more mature but intimidating look of a large and well-built older gentleman with long white hair or when he is feeling frisky black peppered hair.
Body Features
Noble, powerful, intimidating, and of lustrous red scale his wings measure around 750ft when fully outstretched with dark membranes with shining points dispersed throughout like stars in a night sky. He is warm to the touch and smells of slight brimstone but occasionally covers this with hints of expensive cologne or oils. He however can shapeshift into many forms though and when the situation calls for something smaller his favored appearance is that of an older human male with significantly gaudy garbs, armors, and weapons usually taken from his hoard to display as one might expect from a dragon proud to display his hoard when the opportunity arises
Facial Features
Sharp and deadly features with dazzling dark horns and penetrating yellow eyes that instill fear even to the fearless in true form. In human form he prefers a somewhat chiseled but mature face with a prominent widows peak and strong eyebrows, his eyes take on a more reddish hue, his ears are somewhat sharp and occasionally he allows some form of his horns to show as well.
Apparel & Accessories
Usually only bearing these in human form he is seen wearing black platemail or fine noblemen's clothes always with a thick black coat trimmed with dark red furs. He also tends to bedeck himself with opulent rings and necklaces and carrying with him either an ornate greatsword with a dragon shaped pommel holding an expensive ruby or a small walking staff similar in design.

Education
Doresh Sol is a terrifyingly intelligent creature and is actually a respectably published scholar, though his teachings are usually too advanced or too heretical to see the light of day in libraries outside of Kher. There is likely something grand in his teachings and writings as they have been enough to be the foundation for colleges and places of higher learning within Kher.

Motivation
Doresh Sol is a force of nature and creature of his own will and purpose functioning on a level beyond what those with a short life span and who dwell in the realm of material can understand. Incredibly calculating and adapting to what is needed with the only constant of him thinking highly of himself and having affirmed many times that these thoughts are rightly so. It has been a notoriously difficult task to to figure out his exact intentions and only Dregg seems to have a moniker as to his actual thoughts and goals. At times he exhibits the traits of the average red dragon in the form of intense boughs of destructive anger, incredulous greed, unquestionable dominance, and unimaginable cruelty but on the other hand displays an intimate understanding of the necessity of people and their purpose, the preservation of knowledge and culture, a strange kind of care and nurture to things that have intrigued him or people who have proved themselves, and a genuine interest into the new and innovative.
Personality Quirks
Like an avatar of destruction and death incarnate an angry Doresh Sol is a living catastrophe to anything in the path of what has upset him. Even a mild provocation can bring about the destruction of a city so it is in the best interest of all to not purposely seek to get a rise from him.
