Seriv

Seriv is a major trading city, located where the Yorusk River meets the Koya River. During the Konstantan period, it was the second largest city in Vladkimir, with a population of 100,000. Persistent corruption around trade led to the growth of powerful organized crime families within the city. During the Civil War, these crime families effectively controlled the city. Seriv was targeted and largely destroyed by the forces of Sasha the Demon Queen. After the War, due to it's critical value for trade, Atathians actively rebuilt the city and many of the buildings are built in the Atathian style. However, Seriv remains a shadow of its former self, with less than 30,000 inhabitants.
