Naharsi

The Kingdom of Naharsi is a fallen kingdom. 
After the fall of Daderrah in 5165, Naharsi was ruled by the Rajani Dynasty for nearly a thousand years. The Rajanis were virtuous rulers with deva blood. Their kingdom remained small, but stable and independent.
In 6027, the Rajanis were overthrown by a rakshasa, plunging the kingdom into chaos. In a single night, the rakshasa tore through the royal palace, slaying almost all of the royal family. The only surviving member, Vasuda Rajani, fled the carnage and eventually made her way to Acqua Draconis, where she joined the Roseguard and helped to found Ovidio. After the overthrow, the rakshasa was unable to maintain control of the kingdom, plunging the kingdom into a never ending series of plots, assassinations, and conflicts.
Centuries of conflict have left the kingdom impoverished. Many settlements are in ruins or abandoned, and bandits and warlords rule the countryside.
The climate of Naharsi is subtropical and temperate, with a range of mountains separating the Kingdom from the Red Desert to the west. To the south lies the merchant city of Raktakta, and to the north, the ancient jungles of Daderrah.
