Blotvollr is a Skjoldr kingdom with a dark reputation. Rumors say that the ruling dynasty worships Kirbarir, the Great Betrayer, and practices seidr, dark magic. These rumors have never been proven, but those who speak them too loudly tend to to disappear into the untamed forests.
