The Atrean Revelations

Atrea, the great priestess, was given revelations by the gods as to the truth of the divine beings. She wrote a complete history of the gods and shaped modern Aurelian paganism.

All 12 gods were worshiped by the people and royals of Aurelia alike. However, after the Atrean Revelations, the royals were told of the truth by the Prophetess Atrea. She wrote down her revelations from the gods on scrolls and immediately began preaching in the small town of Gretas. From there the religion spread to the capital and the prophetess was brought before the noble council and king to spread the truth about the gods. The king was enraptured by this tale and converted on the spot; the official religion of the country followed suit.
