Stoneheart is the Capital of the Eldermar Empire and the biggest City in Aweon.
Divided Districts
The City is Split into 5 districts all of which are Managed by different people. The 4 people Managing the 4 districts are called the 4 Jarls, They all Answer to the King who is responsible for not only the 5th District but the entire Empire. The Merchant District is overseen by the Jarl referred to as the Great Merchant . His managerial approach revolves around enticing merchants and store owners to establish their businesses in his district, thereby generating revenue through taxation on sales. Additionally, he operates a shop within the district offering the widest variety of products in the entire Empire.The Crestview District
The Crestview District is overseen by (Jarl here) His Goal is to provide Housing to as many people as possible without Overpopulating and Ruining his District which in his Opinion happened to the Unity District. Recently in coordination with the King, a colosseum was added to the District for the newly thought of (festival name here) Festival.The Unity District
The Unity District is managed by the Jarl informally known as the Great Fool, it takes Pride in its Inclusivity, its accepts everyone, no matter what or who you are or what your History is, as long as you are not a wanted criminal by the Empire you are accepted here, this has however resulted in not only overpopulation but also a High criminality Rate as a lot of wanted criminals of other countries travel here to flee their country.The Opal District
The Opal District is managed by the Great Sage, also informally known as the Great Asshole. His Gole for his District is to construct a save haven for the Rich and Wealthy to not be Disturbed by the common Folk, His district is the most strict and fortified, with an abundance of Guards and Rules. He mostly keeps his position as a Jarl with High donations to the Empire.Demographics
