Gaia God of Life and Magic

Gaia died during the Godfall.
Gaia had a central position in the Pateon before the Godfall, as they claimed godhood over the concept of life, and also shared godhood over Magic with Djure, the God of Animals and Magic. In addition, Gaia created and shortly ruled the Feywilds, which were after Gaia's death overtaken by Mastrue, the God of Tricksters.
Gaia's stood for life and for living a life as long and as happy as possible, therefore granting their followers longer lifespans. After millennia of worship, the small changes to these followers physiques let them evolve into the common ancestors of all elven races.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Gaia is represented by Nature itself, so any life plant can be used as representation for Gaia. If wanting to represent Gaia with a symbol, the most common symbol used is a blooming flower with 8 pedals.

Tenets of Faith

The Tenets of Gaia are to preserve life and to live it happy as much as possible, but life itself always stands before happiness. For example, a follower of Gaia may keep an enemy alive against their will, even if the enemy does not want to life anymore and never will again. And killing their enemy's is out of the picture for a follower of Gaia's tenets.  Therefore most followers were and are passifists.
