Catfall. Reduces all damage that would be dealt to you for the first 60 feet you fall to 0, and can land on your feet if you fall and take no falling damage.
A Cat’s Balance. Catfolk are nimble, crafty and stealthy creatures. You gain proficiency in Stealth and Acrobatics.
Darkvision. Thanks to your feline heritage,your vision picks up the slightest hint of motion and is perfect for hunting in darkened environments but suffers in brightened ones. You can see in dim light within 120 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of grey.
Echoes in Silence. You have ears that can pick up the sound of a snapping twig across vast distances, you gain a +2 bonus to your Passive Perception.
Claws and Fangs. Your claws are natural weapons which you can use to make unarmed strikes treat them as finesse weapon. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength or Dexterity modifier, you can also choose to bite causing 1d4 piercing damage + Strength.
Leap. Your kind has long bandy legs capable of propelling you to great heights. When performing a long jump you can cover a number of feet equal to 3 times your Strength score. When performing a high jump you can leap into the air a number or feet equal to 10 plus your Strength modifier. You are always considered to have moved 10 feet or more before jumping, even when stationary.
Cat Nap. Due to their unique heritage they actually need more sleep than other races. Instead of the usual 8 they need 16 hours for a long rest. They also have a habit if nothing is going on of taking naps preferably in the sun.
