The Sanvos-Alin Strait
A connecting waterway between the North Sea and the open ocean, named for Kord Sanvos and Thomas Alin, the pioneers that originally discovered the potential for a sea route were the ice that settled in the area to be broken.
Due to its cold climate, the ice in the strait needs to be broken periodically, a job that Hedkail is largely responsible for. However, as more and more trade comes through the waters, the need for regular maintenance decreases.
