Cosmog Ohalan Sereti Palantiot
Cosmog Ohalan Sereti Palantiot -- Cosmog for short -- is a female moogle monk that has indirectly aided and opposed the party on separate occasions. First encountered in Saron, she later appeared in Albarea territory in Cardia, with the party almost an afterthought to whatever sort of adventure she was having at the time.
Cosmog is a moogle of average height and muscular build. Her fur is white with soft gray diagonal stripes, three across her forehead. When she first met the party, she wore a white sleeveless shirt, green, orange, and yellow ribbons around her left arm, and a breathable pair of tights. Her pompom wears a red bandana of its own. While she has not been seen in battle yet, she carried a large curved boomerang in Saron, and a pair of tonfas in Cardia.
In Saron, she appeared at the Alyon household with "Papa" Augie Alyon in tow, having participated in his rescue/escape from the Avengers. In Cardia, she was in disguise as a laborer in the Jozech Shipyard, and Isa overpowered her quickly upon the party's arrival for their sabotage mission.
As of Kuganepo 1254, Cosmog's allegiances are unknown. According to Cosmog and Papa Alyon, she opposed the Avengers and did not move to aid or oppose the Seventh Dawn. She was not specifically targeted by the party in Cardia, nor did she appear to specifically target them.
TRIVIA
- Travels with her chocobo, Deputy Shaman. Claims he's a bit dim. Deputy Shaman was not seen in Cardia.
- Enjoys camping, according to her reason for being near the Alternan tracks.
- In the Defied Future, Cosmog was investigating the Albarea family's alleged crime of animal cruelty. She took her own supply of bluespirit from the party's stolen stash in return for staying silent. The facility was destroyed shortly thereafter in a bluespirit explosion.
- Has the contact information for Jessie Coates of the Arbiters of Truth in the Triad if she needs to reach the party.
INTEL
- During her training with Master Volts in Caerwyn, Cosmog was often distracted, tending to her chocobo's needs over everything else, begging her master's patience with declarations that "he needs me."
- (Isa, 57): Has requested aid in bringing her former master to justice, accusing him of 'unspeakable crimes against nature.' A single-session Recruitment Side Quest is now available.
