Poreta

The second largest city on the continent of Rilarr , Poreta is a haven to all people, though how safe it is generally depends on the price you are willing to pay. Ruled by a hereditary monarch and legislative council, the city is made up of numerous, clearly defined districts. Though all are technically welcome in all districts, persons of low economic or political standing in wealthy areas as anything other then workers will likely find themselves attracting mockery at best, to active harassment and threats, to beatings "ignored" by guards at the worst.

@por: Contains the royal castle of the King of Mount Poret , the seat of the Poretian Council , as well as the a number of other noble and well-to-do homes. Cavern Home : The predominant area for mining and smithing, located in the upper portions of Mount Poret. Primary center of the mountain dwarf population in Poreta The Narrows: The lower portions and beneath of Mount Poret, mostly containing mine shafts, and frequent incurrsions from monsters from the underdark. The Marble Mile: Primary location for gulidhalls and trading areas in Poreta. Also contains a large number of inns, roughly as many as in Cavern Home.
