The Dremoran Pantheon
The core of Dremora is its religion. Most individuals are in some way connected to a particular god or goddess. The High Priests and Priestesses of each god harbor a good amount of power and, in some cases, are the primary ruling body of a region. While many of the religious practices are formally overseen by a priest or priestess, there are many local practices that are overseen by local acolytes, shamans, or family or clan elders.
The current pantheon is composed of 11 gods and goddesses, a fallen god, and an overarching being known as "The One". Each god and goddess occupies a religious domain, although some overlap.
- The One — the ruler of all creation, time, past and future, all parts made whole, unity.
- Tel'Rhea— the goddess of life, agriculture, renewal, fertility, family, and protection.
- Oshozi — the god of the hunt, agriculture, wild nature, the forest, and beasts.
- Nacheevi — the god of justice, knowledge, law, order and stability, and technology.
- Therarask — the god of love and beauty, endurance, trickery, illusion, pleasure, and devotion.
- Ragna — the goddess of war, self-sacrifice, battle, heroism, and courage.
- Ah'Shal — the goddess of death, the dead, loss, spirits, and souls.
- Carmenthia — the goddess of healing, renewal, magic, research, poison, and disease.
