Session 1
General Summary
Having arrived in Oshiv'Ran, Newt, Rani, and The Widow eventually arrived at the Greater Elk Tavern before an acolyte of Oshozi announced that solo hunting had been banned for this year's Great Hunt. Seeming to be the only ones without a hunting party, the three teamed up - at least for the time being.
The Widow attempted to determine the location of some "creature" poorly sketched on a piece of paper. The local population had no information to give and generally seemed somewhat wary and concerned.
Newt garnered odd looks wherever he went, but the bartender seemed to snap the tavern members out of it. Deciding to try and keep up with this new avid drinker companion, Newt found himself quite happily drunk.
Rani spoke with Ilya regarding a strange map in her possession, requiring the shifter woman to sign an NDA. She also displayed incredibly grace and poise as she outdanced a warrior of Ragna, who now sports Rani's name on her head.
Leaving the tavern, an odd sensation settled over everyone. Familiar to The Widow, he charged forward only to catch a mere glimpse of a figure clad in black leather and a black mask without any features and a woman with platinum blonde hair and yellow eyes, wearing chunky healed boots before they both vanished.
The tracks led back to the Temple, but their point of origin was too difficult to discern with the traffic in the city. After interrogating a poor acolyte, it seems the High Priest has been delayed, but no one seemed concerned.
Having made a bet that the High Priest would or wouldn't show, Newt gained 1 gold from the Widow.
