High Lord Pekk Nozhawk

If there's a high perch in the room – physically, intellectually, or politically – that's where you can find High Lord Pekk Nozhawk. He carries himself with a very aloof, arguably off-putting, disposition often coupled with the typical arrogance of an aarkocra serving on a Council surrounded by those without feathers. Despite this, High Lord Nozhawk is the longest standing representative of Elios on the High Dremoran Council in centuries. His years in Eredet have helped to temper his pride and arrogance and, even to his own surprise, he's managed to acquire some allies on the Council.

When in Tower Citadel, High Lord Nozhawk displays his braids with pride and wears leather armor decorated with traditional patterns of his people. One might catch the aarakocra looking bitterly through the windows of Tower Citadel at the District of Elios. Interesting that there seems to be very few aarakocra there... if any at all.
