High Lady Tatsuya
When the doors to the High Council chambers slam open, there can only be one individual entering: High Lady Tatsuya of the warrior-filled region of Ragna. While on first glance her horns, elongated ear, and tail may mark her as a tiefling, Tatsuya claims no fiendish descent. Rather, her features are of an odd, distorted draconic variety. As a fierce warrior, High Lady Tatsuya dresses and carries herself as such. Although not the most well spoken, her unwavering resolve often wins her a debate every now and then... if she attends the meeting.
Although Ragna is known for being more... brutish, it seems odd for them to send such an ill-spoken, hot-headed representative who's become notorious for "accidentally" underestimating her strength when even just mildly irritated. If she has goals or an agenda, there's some debate on whether or not Tatsuya even knows what that is.
