Atu's Inner Circle

Hithvessa, First Consort of Atu Szeme

Clearly a figure bearing some authority, Hithvessa appears the most traditionally "human" of all... if you look only at her face. Large horns protrude from her head and she bares a variety of facial tattoos, but her features seem surprisingly soft compared to the rest of her. Yet, as she smiles, her mouth is full of razor sharp teeth. She shares the same goat-like legs, a large tail, and a majestic set of leathery wings – that rest low along her back – just as the other fiends. Large bony protrusions extend outward from cracked skin on her upper arms and back to create an extended collar for her bodice. Although the pattern and style is unfamiliar, the layers of richly dyed fabric seems to suggest an elevated status.
Although quick to bark orders in a commanding, perhaps slightly condescending tone, she seemed incredibly excited to finally meet Newt. Although dismissive of everyone else, she seemed cordial enough. She, like Atu, seems to hold a reverence for Death, though it is unclear how much of this is her own emotions or a loyalty to Atu and his beliefs. Despite her youthful facial features, Hithvessa has lived for millenia. Hithvessa seems incredibly pleased to welcome more of the bloodline and seemed very interested in holding another wedding! It's been thousands of years!

Boltivon, First Consort of Lánvi

A towering figure that prefers to keep to the edge of the room, seeming to brood and oozing thinly veiled aggression and perhaps a hint of malice. Boltivon is the "on-and-off" again son-in-law of Atu Szeme and consort of Lánvi. His legs are goat-like and he possesses a long spiked tail with a large set of impressive wings. His face, however, has been covered by a plate of smooth bone with two sets of large bones protruding from his head. His arms, including his shoulders, are covered in what appears to be plating of overlaid, polished dark rock. His fingers have been sharpened to claws and his body is toned and rigid, littered with various scars. His aura suggest that he is someone in charge, but his clothes lack any sense of refinement that might indicate particularly high standing.
Supposedly, Boltivon has died once before – killed by Lánvi herself. As there is no death in their shattered world, Boltivon re-emerged from the earth like the worms they all are... weak as the day he was born. Lánvi had to go fetch him from the muck beds and bring him back. It took him a millenia to arrive back to what he is now.

Hith'Elémy'Lánvi, First Daughter of Atu

Cracked scales cover the eyes of Atu's first daughter. Lánvi stands tall, towering over everyone, except Ah'Shal. Her wings are kept folded neatly against her back, but her spiked tail and goat-like legs are an easy marker in addition to the set of large, curved horns. The lower portion of her face and her abdomen are quite human, but her arms are adorned in similar bony protrusions as her mother. She carries a staff adorned in various trinkets – skulls and bones of things that look incredibly old... relics, perhaps, of a time when there was death to be had in her world. Although she may appear calm and composed as she oversees the excursions in the House of the Undead, Hithvessa claims that Lánvi previously "killed" her consort. A nasty affair, that.

Ikaris & Ikaron, Messengers of Atu

Two of Atu's most loyal and trusted servants are Ikaris and Ikaron. While Ikaris was able to bend the terms of a deal with a mortal to remain – mostly undetected by Ah'Shal – in Dremora to serve Atu's interests, Ikaron remained behind to advise Atu until recently. Now, both have been deployed. Supposedly, both have traveled to Elios to recover one of Atu's children there.
