The Adventurer

  • The Adventurer: Those who traverse The Wilds , travelling merchants, and even just blissful vagabonds make up these archetypes. These characters are usually ones who have a sense of adventure, exploration or wanderlust, but can also be the devious rogues and coin loving mercenaries. Magic to these comes in many forms but some have a love for more of the Verse magic, using stories and song to enchant those around them. These tend to also have a knack for the Primal magics of the fey, weaving the world around them in strange ways. Think about how the dreams have pushed these individuals into their love of the open road, dark forests, and ancient secrets.

      Starting Skills: An Adventurer starts with one rank in Survival during character creation. They obtain this rank before spending experience points and may not increase Survival above rank 2 during character creation.
      Always Prepared: Once per session, when an Adventurer makes a skill check to heal strain at the end of an encounter, they heal double the amount of strain.
