Scoria
The Black Fire Queen
Scoria is a large female Infernyx dragon who commonly lives in the center of The Burning Lake. Scoria is the largest Infernyx ever seen, and is one of the mega-giant dragons that led The Reign of Fire. Many atribute the Yellowstone Eruption to her. After the eruption she crawled into the center of the volcanic lake and has hardly been seen since.
Charateristics
Scoria is described to have pitch black topscales, and glowing orange-red underscales. On the edges of her topscales Scoria has bright orange vien-like markings that go half-way to her back. Her wings are similar. They are pitch black with vien markings on the topside, and red-orange underneath.
Surprisingly, Scoria's face and body are covered in dark grey scars. Her scars are only visable on her black scales, although she may have some less visable on her underside.
Mannerism
Scoria is like most Infernyx, hiding in the lava. Unlike most Infernyx, Scoria likes to hide comepletely submerged in lava. She likes to wait for days in deep. Some say she has herself a cave and an underground chamber where she spends most of her time. Scoria will only come up to feed on whatever decided to visit the Burning Lake that day.
Relations to Other Infernyx
Scoria rarely been seen to attack another Infernyx. Many peopel believe she is the mother or ancestor to many Infernyx. Although it may also be because the majority of Infernyx prefer to live in the outskirts of the Fire Plateaus. Man may never know the truth
