Mechanics & Inner Workings

When a creature within 5ft of the sachet bathes in water infused with it they receive the following benefits:

• Fortify courage by 5 up to a maximum of 10 for 24hrs
• Fortify charisma by 5 up to a maximum of 10 for 24hrs

These effects can be empowered if the subject can hear music or is within 5ft of a lit candle.
This bath maintains its potency for 30 minutes, after which point it stops conveying any effects to new recipients.

Manufacturing process

1 measure of Summer's bride petals, dogfennel or mother's bone flower, sun crown ray flowers, olibanum, and marshmallow are dried and sewn into a piece of fabric. When immersed in water the effects activate.
