Thorny Ring

This Ring made of the woven branches of a thorny plant is soaked in the venom of a creature. The ring may fire a 1 inch thorn up to (Soul Modifier x 10ft) in range and deals (Soul Modifier) damage to the target. When they strike the target they poison them with the poison used in it's creation or the creator can roll on the chart:
1: Target makes a Body Check or suffers 1d5x(Soul Modifier) Damage for 1d5 Turns
2: Target makes a Body Check or suffers (Soul Modifier) damage to their Body Stat
3: Target makes a Body Check or suffers (Soul Modifier) damage to their Mind Stat
4: Target makes a Body Check or suffers (Soul Modifier) damage to their Soul Stat
5: Target makes a Body Check or suffers Effect, Confused for (Soul Modifier) number of turns
6: Target makes a Body Check or suffers Effect, Fear for (Soul Modifier) number of turns
7: Target makes a Body Check or suffers Effect: Paralyze for (Soul Modifier) number of turns
8: Target makes a Body Check or suffers Effect, Blind for (Soul Modifier) number of turns
9: Target makes a Body Check or suffers Effect, Sicken for (Soul Modifier) number of turns
10: Target makes a Body Check or suffers Effect, Exhaustion for (Soul Modifier) number of turns
The Thorny Ring may be used (Soul Modifier) number of times each rest period.
