Effect: Paralyze

Characters suffereing the effects of Paralyze can not move, attack, or take any action while under the effects. Other characters an creatures targeting you do not need to roll to hit with melee, and ranged attacks gain a +25 to checks to strike you. You character is unable to move out of the way of area of effects, and you are unable to do any checks that result in your character moving out of the way or dodging effects or damage.
