Hoong Keang
The Red Torrent City is built were the Pearl river flows off into the bay, bathing the area in fine and fragrent minerals and scents.
The city was settled by the Mother of Dragons, Wen Shi. Her children the Five Scholars have built Hoong Keang into a large university city where many who wish to expand their mental horizans will apprentice themselves.
