Stonesoul's Longhouse

The entrance to the Stonesouls' secret base is located in a hidden alcove beneath a crumbling stone archway in the oldest part of the city. The archway leads down a set of rickety wooden stairs to a small landing beside a dark, putrid canal that runs through the sewers. A flickering torch illuminates the entrance to the guild's headquarters, which is hidden behind a section of moldy brick wall that slides open on a hidden track.   Once inside, the guild's base is a maze of interconnected tunnels and chambers, carved out of the soft stone that lines the sewers. The air is thick with the smell of damp stone and sewage, and the walls are slick with slime and algae. Despite the unpleasant surroundings, the guild's members have done their best to make the base as comfortable as possible, with makeshift furniture and sparse decorations. A few braziers provide dim illumination throughout the tunnels, and the sound of dripping water echoes through the chambers.   The guild's various operations are spread throughout the tunnels, with sleeping quarters, training rooms, and meeting halls tucked away in different corners of the base. The guild's leaders have their own private chambers, accessible only through hidden passageways or secret doors. The centerpiece of the base is a large chamber that serves as the guild's meeting hall and gathering place. It's a dimly-lit room with a rough-hewn stone table in the center, surrounded by mismatched chairs and benches. The walls are lined with shelves and alcoves, filled with scrolls, maps, and weapons that the guild has acquired. Overall, the guild's base is a secretive and well-hidden place, hidden away from prying eyes and the authorities who would seek to shut it down.
