Lolth, the Spider Queen

The god of deceit, murder and shadows, Lolth weaves a complicated web of schemes and treachery through her worshipers, deceiving allies and enemies alike to gain power or silence unjust rule. Her spheres of influence contain both subtle aspects and violent ones; For through murder one may find assassination and genocide, in lust they may experience courtship and orgy, and in treachery one may implore tact and poetic truths. It is said that the Spider Queen can see through the eyes of all spiders, and that she is truly all-knowing. Lolth’s worship is entwined with the society of dark elves, one of the three gods that freed them from their shackles known as the Tribunal. To her and her followers, the skeins of fate are a web of interconnected system of action and consequence in which she spins new threads to influence ever-changing outcomes... outcomes in which she will emerge victorious.

Depiction

Many Lolthite icons and idols show an alluring woman with dark purple skin and silver hair, her abdomen swelling into the terrifying body of a monstrous spider.
