Ataccar
Ataccar is where the Draconic Defendre have their main base. It is a place known for being rather modest compared to the several other smaller bases the organization has.
However, because this base houses the Administrator, the leader of the Draconic Defendre, it makes sense that this base is so important.
Defences
There are several defences that this place has, besides the giant probably fire-breathing Draconic that guard its walls, the hundreds of pointy spikes that will shoot out at anyone the guards wish to kill and the never ending lake.
This base is special because half of it is above water and the other half below, which just so happens to be where all the important Draconic Defendre live. The lake alone would have made the perfect defense just because there are already several deadly Draconic that live in its waters.
Along with the lake and deadly Draconic are the traps. If someone were to cross the giant lake and survive, avoid getting shot by flaming arrows and getting burned to death by Draconics' traps when attempting to scale the wall, they'd die once they touched it.
(it really makes you wonder what a "peace loving" organization is doing with all that protection.)
Tourism
Most people who come to Ataccar don't come for the sights, they usually come because they have information regarding Drakos, humans with Draconic souls. The average person usually goes nowhere near this place, due to the large chance of getting killed.
However, the area around the lake has started slowly becoming a place for farmers because of such a fertile land. The Draconic Defendre and the people living there have even made a deal so the farmers can stay there in peace while the Draconic Defendre get one step closer towards there goals.
Architecture
Ataccar is a mix of metal, wood, and stone. The top half (which is the only part I've ever seen) is mainly made of stone mixed with some metal. It has wide towers and windows so the guards can go in and out quickly.
It has very little decoration on the outside but it does have several large bars that cover the windows. They don't protect them in any way, at least from what I've seen, but are essentially a fancy screen.
