Royal Correspondents

Originally messengers and carriers of Royal decrees in Thulcat, the Royal Correspondents now serve as the Kingdom's spys. Many serve in an official capacity as Correspondents, attached to embassies and the like, but many more are shadowy figures, gathering information in the dark areas of the world.
