Sabercats
Monstrous felines with especially long fangs protruding from their jaws, Sabercats, also called “dire cats,” “saber toothed tigers,” or “shadowcats” for their black variants, stalk the wilds of the world, primarily in the Cursed Jungle, Northern Climbs, and very rarely the Putrid Marsh.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Their coats come in a variety of colors and patterns, most often striped or spotted. But the rare pelt of black with almost iridescent stripes or spots is the most valuable to hunters and wealthy buyers.
Biological Traits
These predators use their powerful forelimbs to pin prey down and then their namesake teeth to finish them off quickly.
Behaviour
Normally solitary creatures, they do not make for very good pets, being as likely to hunt you as your enemy.
