Lasha Skullshard

(a.k.a. The Demon of the Dunes)

Orcs tend to have a reputation for being dumb brutes who delight in killing and maiming simply for the joy of doing so. Lasha defies that stereotype by being decidedly not dumb. She still takes great joy in ripping her enemies, especially elves, limb from limb, but does so in a more thought out, intentional manner. Instead of random raids around the northern tip of the Miridians into a staunch and fortified defense at Greenwatch, Lasha gathers information and hits her foes when they are unexpecting and unprepared. She will lead her warband over the mountains and wait to attack supply wagons or trade caravans as they pass, rather than the typical orc tactic of continuing forward until you meet resistance and then fighting it head on. Her patience is not always appreciated by her subordinates, but they do appreciate how long they have lived compared to most orc raiders (when she reminds them). It is perhaps scary to think what she could do if given command of a significant force.
