Lord of the Deep Seers (a.k.a. The Harbinger)

Those Who Stare Into the Depths look for signs of the mighty Leviathan, master of storms, rough seas, and other such calamities. The primeval of water is terrible enough to break the minds of most men, and such is the fate of most Deep Seers. But Ivar did not lose himself to the void like so many of his brothers, instead he communed with it. Now he draws power from its unimaginable depths. His eyes crackle and glow, as though thunderstorms were contained within. He uses them to see through the darkest storm and blackest night. And he can summon eldritch powers of the deep to follow his commands. On the rare occasions that he leaves the Seer’s temple on Deepview Watch, calamity seems to follow in his wake. Ivar has gone from fleeing Leviathan's wrath to being the Harbinger of its arrival.
