Dreadvale

Navigate far up the winding waterways of the Putrid Marsh, passed the Black Necropolis and futher into the swamps and one may stumble across Dreadvale. The town is literally and figuratively a backwater, home to dismal Risen and aspiring necromancers not yet ready for the big time of the Dead City. It is a place for one to hone profane crafts in relative seclusion, and perhaps a place to acquire forbidden knowledge away from prying eyes.
Of late the town has become a sort of home base to the deathknight Ral Deneb and his black dragon partner, Braxylia. What two such high ranking soldiers in Tenabrius' forces are doing there is unclear, but it is almost certainly bad.
