Sister of Cassia Ān.

Xue suffers from an extreme case of Cerebral Palsy. Xue physically appears normal enough however, the Spastic and Ataxic of her Mixed cerebral palsy leaves her unable to full integrate into normal society, requiring aid on many mundane tasks.

Xue is a residence at Grove Tree Residence under the care of its staff. Grove Tree is not a public facility requiring Cassia to spend a great deal of money for her continued place in the assisted living community. While Doctor Semara Williams has taken a shine to Xue and Cassia, she still needs to keep the lights on and food in the freezers.
