The Rudo Cartels

As NuTypes rose, the need for hidden identities became greater. Especially as the Coalition was formed, and many Cartel families were quickly eliminated by a government finding itself less tolerant of organized militant crime families.

The result was to approach crime like vigilantes from the USA. Costumes, masks, and a bit of theatrics, for the Mexican criminal elements gravitated to the Luchadora traditions still active if not seeing a greater resurgence in the advancement NuTypes

As such the Rudo Cartels seemingly pass as normal members of society during the day, only to dawn the masks and become the Rudo’s for criminal Activities.

The Most powerful of these is the Mil Masquca who adopted a bright green version of Blue Demon Jr’s mask.
